This company is amazing. Gina was very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions. I then placed an order for mulch and installation. I called and changed the order including adding more mulch, then changing color, then changing the date. They got everything right despite all my changes and did exactly as promised. They showed up on time to deliver the great- looking mulch and even called me first to tell me they were on the way! Carlos and his crew showed up soon afterwards, they introduced themselves and installed the mulch. They were courteous, neat and professional and they were done in a flash! Great job! This is the third of the local landscape supply companies I have used, and they are fantastic. Delivery was prompt. Communication was excellent when their truck broke down, yet caused less than a 30 minute delay. Quality of the mulch and crushed gravel (crush n run) was excellent.Best of all, their delivery price was ultra cheap since I am only 5 miles away. Additionally, they let me put two products in the same dump truck because 1 of my products was less than 2 cubic yards.Wish I had used them sooner. But I will definitely use them again soon! Gina in the office answers all your questions, calls ahead of time to confirm and let you know when they are coming out. Carlos has been the supervisor doing my yard for both years. He and his crew are professional and courteous to your needs. My wife Beth has little plants all around the yard. They take the time to spread the mulch all around the plants & flowers without stepping on or smothering them. They totally clean your yard up after delivering and spreading the mulch as good as they found it. I’m so glad I found Mountain High Mulch. I hadn't discovered this business until they moved to their Church Street location a couple years back, and boy am I glad I did. I do a lot of personal home projects and I own a truck so naturally I come and pick up what I need. I am overly satisfied every time I buy. Mountain High was GREAT to work with. I ordered 75 bales to be installed only to find out I didn't calculate enough and fell 15 short. The team had no problem making accommodations to drop off and install 15 more in between jobs the next day. From Missael, to the delivery driver, to the installers Carlos and Julio, they were nothing short of fantastic to deal with. I recently had Mountain High Mulch deliver and install 100 bales of pine straw throughout my yard. From inquiry of the quote, to delivery and install, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and responsive. I felt like the install team was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the result before leaving.
