Eligible Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 5 business days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in saleable condition
  • Bulk materials (e.g., mulch, soil, gravel) must not have been delivered, installed, or offloaded
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the material and handling requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Materials that have been delivered, dumped, or spread
  • Custom-blended products or special orders
  • Opened or damaged bags
  • Items marked as final sale

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue with your order:

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) in question, and the reason for the return
  3. We will review your request and respond with further instructions

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
