My experience working with Mountain High Mulch was great! The ease of scheduling the appt. to the follow-up confirmations from Trevor, to the on time arrival and installation the day of my appt. The crew that did the installation were extremely professional and asked questions up front to make sure they understood what I wanted. I got a bit nervous at first as they thought I didn't order enough mulch for my project but after they did the install they only recommend that I order 1 or 2 more yards next time (I had ordered 20, so I was close!). I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the end result. I had a job by the Smyrna location so I figured I’d come try it out for once. I hadn’t even gotten my truck and trailer through the gate before someone was running to my truck to help me. I got like 15 rolls of pinestraw and got loaded in paid in less than like 5 minutes. Even if I have to drive farther now it’s worth it because loading is easier, pricing is better, and the people are a whole lot nicer than other places.

I love Mountain High! I had a wonderful experience. They came out and installed compost and garden soil in my 7 raised beds and it only took a few hours. The workers were very courteous and made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the install. When the work was finished, they cleaned up everything. You can tell they take pride in their work. I used this company for an overhaul project I had in Atlanta. I spoke to about 3 different people ( James, Kevin, Parker). Each person was happy to assist me, complete measurements, all the way to delivery and installation to help with my deadline. they are on top with communication, photos, etc. Mulch was slightly on the high side, but I used them for 6 tons of rip rap. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the third of the local landscape supply companies I have used, and they are fantastic. Delivery was prompt. Communication was excellent when their truck broke down, yet caused less than a 30 minute delay. Quality of the mulch and crushed gravel (crush n run) was excellent.Best of all, their delivery price was ultra cheap since I am only 5 miles away. Additionally, they let me put two products in the same dump truck because 1 of my products was less than 2 cubic yards.Wish I had used them sooner. But I will definitely use them again soon! Gina in the office answers all your questions, calls ahead of time to confirm and let you know when they are coming out. Carlos has been the supervisor doing my yard for both years. He and his crew are professional and courteous to your needs. My wife Beth has little plants all around the yard. They take the time to spread the mulch all around the plants & flowers without stepping on or smothering them.
